AIN'T NOTHING BUT A SUGAR SCRUB: SOAP & GLORY SCRUBS & BUTTERS

AHHH it's good to be back! Now I thought I would start off with a little beauty post as its been SOO long! Back in April I went on a bit of a beauty spree in Boots and spent a horrendous amount of money! Among my MANY purchases were these little goodies from Soap & Glory! 

Soap & Glory had brought out their Sugar Crush range and I was desperate for a good body scrub to get rid of some of this cellulite thats been creeping up on me out of no where! I needed help and I needed it quick! So I invested in a few products to try out! 

First, I gravitated towards their Hand Food, only to discover that there was a new version of my favourite hand cream! So that went straight in the basket! Although it isn't as good as the original it still keeps my hands super soft and leaves them with a more fruity smell than the usual marshmallow - so if you like it a bit more fruity you might actually prefer it!

Anyway, back to the rest of the products! 

As I'm a big lover of coffee scrubs - the smell of caffeine, the grainy texture...ah bliss! - I really wanted a good energising body scrub. After spending 20 minutes secretly opening and smelling ALL of the products I chose the Smoothie Star Breakfast Scrub and the Sugar Crush Body Scrub.

The Smoothie Star Breakfast Scrub is definitely my favourite! The buttery texture and oaty grains leave your skin feeling baby soft and smelling like a continental breakfast - I swear thats a good thing! The scrummy combination of oatmeal, golden sugar and honey 

In comparison, the Sugar Crush Body Scrub has a sort of body wash feel with smaller, lighter grains. It smells like sweet lime, a bit like a mojito! It just smells like summery cocktails! Even though the consistency is a little sticky it is a lot easier to scrub over your body without too much of a mess!

There's also one last product you need to get your silky smooth pins - Body Moisturiser! As there was a 3 for 2 offer at Boots I picked up a Butter Yourself Body Cream! A big dollop covers your whole body and leaves you feeling sweet smelling and smooth!
